Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your All Cars account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the original garments with all tags attached into the shipping bag or box, ensuring the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Package

  Attach the provided return label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
